Delivery & Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase then please return the goods to us within 30 days and include the completed returns form in your package - if you do not do this we will be unable to process your return. Returned goods must be unused and in the original packaging. It is advisable to send your parcel with proof of postage or Recorded Delivery, as we are not liable for parcels lost in the post on their way back to us. Once we receive your return you will be credited within two weeks.

If you wish to cancel an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us. If your order has already been despatched you will need to follow the Returns policy, as above, when you receive your delivery.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged we will replace your goods, all we ask is that you follow the Returns policy. You will need to mark your reason for return on the despatch form as ‘faulty’ or ‘damaged’. On receipt of your return we will despatch a replacement to you, if required. Alternatively we will provide you with a full refund if you do not wish to replace the goods.
